Support staff of your virtual airline will occasionally ask you to provide log files to help diagnose issues. This page explains how to find and provide log files for VAS ACARS.
To find the log files, open the Help menu in VAS ACARS and select Open logs folder. This will open the folder
where the log files are stored. This may contain multiple log files. Unless you're asked to provide a specific log file,
you should attach the log.txt
file to the support ticket.
