Getting started

To get started with VAS ACARS, first download VAS ACARS from here.

Then, follow one of these guides:

Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020)

By default, VAS ACARS uses FSUIPC to record your flight. To improve the stability of the recording and to prevent needing to install and run separate software, please follow the instructions here to switch to the SimConnect connector.

Alternatively, install FSUIPC7 by following this guide. This may be less stable and require separate software.

Microsoft Flight Simulator X

X-Plane

Other simulators (FS9)

Please install FSUIPC from here.

Start recording

After either FSUIPC or SimConnect has been setup, just select the VA you would like to fly for and start flying!
